Test Center (TC) Audit Management
Test Center (TC) Audit: The platform allows for the creation and management of test center audits. The operations team schedules audits for test centers by assigning an auditor. The auditor then records the compliance report, which includes completing checklists under various categories, providing recommendations or mitigation plans, noting best practices, and documenting any incidents related to academic integrity. The auditor can also attach relevant documents related to the audit.
TC Audit Approval Workflow: The auditor submits the audit report to the operations team. The operations team then forwards it to the test center. Finally, the test center submits the report back to the operations team for final approval.
